CONSENT2RANDOMIZE LLC provides enrollment operations support for clinical research sites after patient interest comes in and before consent, strengthening intake, prescreening, follow-up, referral handoff, and coordinator capacity.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Site.

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about visitors and users of the Site ("you" or "users"). Certain CONSENT2RANDOMIZE LLC properties may operate under separate privacy notices, which will be posted on those platforms when applicable.

• Completing a site-authorized preliminary prescreening questionnaire when C2R is operating under an approved research-site workflow

• Speaking with call center representatives
• Providing feedback related to research experiences

The Clinical Trial Finder does not require your identity to view public study listings. Identifying information is requested only when needed for the service you choose, such as asking C2R to help facilitate contact with a research site. Where C2R supports a site-authorized preliminary prescreening workflow, candidate-reported information may be collected for structured site review; the research site determines formal eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit.

How Information Is Used

We use collected information to:

• Respond to inquiries
• Identify potentially relevant public study listings based on search information you choose to provide
• Facilitate a consumer-requested connection with a selected research site
• Support site-authorized preliminary prescreening and structured handoff workflows without making formal eligibility decisions
• Communicate with research sites and sponsors where appropriate for the requested or authorized service
• Verify information through follow-up communications
• Improve enrollment operations and participant experience

When you use the Clinical Trial Finder, non-identifying search parameters needed to retrieve results, such as a condition term and approximate geographic coordinates, may be sent from our server to public clinical-trial data services. Location-only information may also be processed by a geocoding service to convert a ZIP code or city into approximate coordinates. C2R does not send your name, email address, or phone number to those services as part of the public study search.

Information submitted through feedback surveys may be aggregated and shared in non-identifying form with sponsors and research organizations to enhance patient-centered research design.

We do not use personal information for purposes outside those described in this policy unless disclosed at the time of collection or required by law.

The clinical trial enrollment revenue calculator on this Site performs all calculations locally in your browser. Your calculator entries are not transmitted to Consent2Randomize unless you choose to submit the optional email analysis form.

If you submit the email analysis form, you voluntarily provide contact information such as your name, work email, organization, optional job title, and optional phone number, along with the calculator inputs and results you entered. This information may be stored and is used to generate and deliver your requested analysis by email.

A separate optional follow-up consent controls whether Consent2Randomize may contact you about enrollment operations support. Selecting only the delivery consent means your information is used to deliver the analysis and not for promotional follow-up.

You should not submit patient names, medical information, diagnoses, referral records, eligibility information, dates of birth, protected health information, or any participant information through the calculator or the email analysis form.

Our website hosting provider and transactional email provider may process the submitted information as necessary to operate the Site and deliver the analysis email. These providers are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

Research Sites and Study Coordination

Information may be shared with clinical research sites to support pre-qualification, screening, and participation evaluation.

Service Providers

We work with vendors who provide services such as website hosting, data storage, analytics, and call center operations. These providers may access information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
